William Schleifer Elected President of PFDA
William B. Schleifer, owner of the Maloy-Schleifer Funeral Home in Duquesne was elected President of the Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association (PFDA) at the annual meeting of the association on June 15, 2010 held during the 129th PFDA Convention. He was installed as the PFDA President by John Reed, NFDA Past President, at the Board Dinner on June 16 at the Hotel Hershey. Bill and John were classmates in mortuary school.
